Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements definition meetings with users
• Identify resources and facilitate subject matter and technical experts’ participation in the project.
• Review work products at milestones for time, quality, and accuracy.
• Manage all technical communications with the project team and assist in developing and reporting project status to LAUSD project sponsors and steering committees
• Administer project change control procedures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and update detailed resource loaded and leveled project plans and project status reports and resolve deviations from the project plan
• Develop detailed project finance plans and provide weekly updates and variance reports.
• Provide technical guidance and direction in all areas of analysis and programming including specifications, coding, testing, debugging, quality assurance, and documentation.

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years professional Information Technology experience .
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with program/project budgeting and finance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical project leader.
• Hands on experience with Oracle8i or Oracle 9i.
• Knowledge of operating systems, machine organization, systems design and management.
• Experience with contractual management of technical projects is a plus.
